Avery Miller

Avery Miller, from East Dubuque, joined Heinrichs in 2025. Since starting with the company, he has enjoyed the opportunity to learn new skills on the job. One of Avery's favorite parts about working for Heinrichs is the team atmosphere. He enjoys working alongside "the boys" each day and values the friendships and camaraderie that come with being part of the crew. Outside of work, Avery's favorite role is being a dad to his two-year-old daughter, Uri. Spending time with her is a big part of his life and keeps him motivated both on and off the job. For anyone interested in a career with Heinrichs, Avery's advice is straightforward: "Work hard and listen to the foreman."
