How old is the roof? Most roofing materials should last at least 20 years. Visually inspect your roof and look for curling shingles, missing shingles, or loose flashings. Check the attic for signs of leaking or discoloration of sheathing. If you think you may need a new roof or if you’re unsure, call us for an inspection.

How old are the windows? Double-pane windows should last at least 20 years, depending on the brand. If you see rot around the window or moisture or fogging between the glass panes, the windows have failed and need replacement. Single pane windows are typically very old and should be replaced, especially if you can feel cold air coming through.

Re-siding your home is a great way to improve curb appeal and increase the value of your property. Siding can be replaced whenever you determine it looks bad. Depending on the existing siding material, it can show rot. Replacing your siding is also an opportunity to improve energy efficiency through the use of insulation and/or house wrap. Our crews typically start at 7 am and work an 8-10 hour day. Our experienced, efficient team can usually complete a roofing job on an average house in two to three days, or a siding job on an average house in two weeks. We will give you an estimated days of work when we schedule your job.

We highly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible in your project planning to get onto our job list. Even if you’re not planning your renovations for six months or more, we welcome you to add your job to our list. We do offer emergency service work and priority for jobs that need immediate attention. Call for an accurate estimate for your particular job.

Heinrichs Roofing and Siding provides free, written estimates customized to your project. We honor the estimates and notify you of any unexpected expenses that are found while working on your project. Payment is due upon completion of work.

Our team of project managers will promptly arrive at your project to review the structure, measure, and evaluate its current condition to develop an accurate and complete estimate. Most estimates are delivered to the customer within one week of the request.

All materials come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Because of our certifications, we are able to offer extended warranties with some manufacturers. We will take care of any workmanship issues if they arise.

If your insurance company determines there has been damage to your property, yes, we can provide an estimate to make the necessary repairs.
