The third-generation owner of Heinrichs Roofing and Siding, Jamie has grown up in the business and is proud of the company’s 60-year history. With more than 25 years of experience, Jamie provides confident leadership and vision for the future of the company, striving to maintain its strong reputation. He’s proud to provide a service that is essential to protect our customers’ families and property. “It’s very rewarding to see projects transform from start to finish and it’s great when our hard work is appreciated and respected,” he says. His favorite part of the family business is when customers remember and share stories about his grandpa and dad.

Don’t look at it as a job, but instead try to learn as much as possible and become an expert in your trade. In this trade, every day is different. No two projects are the same and we get a chance to work with a lot of great people.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys golfing, hunting, watching sports, and spending time with his wife, Kelly, and children Beckett, Blake, Sloan, and Hollis. He also proudly serves his local community on the school board, fire department, and as a youth baseball coach.

Former owner of Heinrichs Roofing and Siding, Ken took over the business in 1988 from his father, Keith, who founded the company in 1960. Since selling the business to son, Jamie, in 2016, Ken enjoys more golfing and hunting time while remaining active in the company as a roofing and siding estimator. Ken’s favorite part of his 30+ year roofing and siding career is the satisfaction of driving by properties and saying, “I did that.” He is also extremely proud to have his son carry on the business. Ken and his wife, Kim, have three children: Jamie (Kelly), Emily (Brian) and Jesse (Emma), and nine grandchildren.
Foreman / Installer
Our longest-tenured employee, Jim has been with Heinrichs Roofing and Siding since 1976 and has worked in all facets of the business. A Belmont native, Jim enjoys being outside, which serves him well at work and as an avid hunter. He has three children: April, Steven, and Trevor.
Adam has been a dedicated employee of Heinrichs Roofing and Siding since 2000, working his way up to his current role as a roofing foreman and a Master Shingle Applicator. An avid fisherman and duck hunter, Adam enjoys spending his time outdoors. He encourages those interested in a roofing career to be willing to work hard. Adam and his wife, Courtney have three sons: Tanner, Tucker, and Wyatt.
Brian has been with Heinrichs Roofing and Siding since 2004, working his way through the company to his current position as siding foreman. His favorite part of his role is that there's something new every day with new places to see and new challenges to overcome. Brian and his wife, Tonya, have three children: Austin, John and Alexus. When he's not working, Brian enjoys fishing, golfing, and bowling.
A roofing foreman and Master Shingle Applicator, Emeric has been with Heinrichs since 2015. He enjoys the family atmosphere at Heinrichs and the sense of accomplishment after completing jobs. Outside of work, Emeric is the head wrestling coach at Belmont High School and a volunteer firefighter. He and his wife Jaclyn have a son, Shaun.
Working for good people and having a career that keeps him outside are Ben’s favorite parts of working as a siding foreman at Heinrichs Roofing and Siding. On staff since 2015, Ben lives in Darlington with his wife and two daughters. Together, they enjoy rangering and spending time with family.
Lance is a valued leader within Heinrichs Roofing and Siding as a roofing foreman and Master Shingle Applicator. A member of our team since 2015, Lance and his wife, Sasha, have two children, Ares and Athena. Having a good work ethic is something that Lance recommends for those interested in a roofing career.
Katie joined the Heinrichs Roofing and Siding team as office assistant in the fall of 2020. She enjoys working for a great family business in her local community and is looking forward to helping the business grow. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Joey, doing DIY crafts, being outside, and shopping.
A dedicated roofer and Master Shingle Applicator at Heinrichs since 2017, Brent enjoys working hard with a great team of guys. Also known as Yogi, Brent is a Rewey native who enjoys playing softball outside of work. For those interested in a roofing career, Brent says that if you work hard, you’ll be successful.
A Mifflin native, Dom has three years of experience as a roofer and Master Shingle Applicator with Heinrichs Roofing and Siding and enjoys working with the team. He advises those new to roofing to work hard and listen to coworkers who have more experience. Outside of work, Dom enjoys any type of sport, but especially golf and softball.
Devin, a Master Shingle Applicator, joined the Heinrichs team in 2019 as a roofer, specializing in rubber roofing. His favorite part of roofing is working as a team to complete a project and seeing the project through from start to finish. For people interested in a roofing career, Devin suggests that you work hard, respect your coworkers and be willing to learn from your mistakes. Outside of work, Devin enjoys woodworking, professional darts, and outdoor activities. He is a proud member of the Wisconsin Army National guard, the assistant wrestling coach, at Belmont High School, and a former police officer. He and his wife, Lisanne, welcomed their first baby girl in November.
John is a Belmont High School student who joined the Heinrichs siding crew in the summer of 2020 and will continue working through the school year through the Youth Apprenticeship program. Son of our siding foreman, Brian, John enjoys working with his dad and building his skills for a future career.
Nic joined the Heinrichs Roofing and Siding team as a siding installer in the summer of 2020 with 15 years of prior experience. He enjoys working here due to the great leadership provided by his foreman and the owner. He encourages those thinking of a siding career to learn the trade as it will be valuable to be able to help family in the future. Outside of work, Nic enjoys showing dairy cattle and spending time with his daughter, Vera.
Matteo joined the Heinrichs Roofing and Siding crew as a siding installer in the fall of 2020 when he moved to the area for college. He encourages anyone interested in siding to get started as soon as you can to gain experience. Outside of work, Matteo enjoys his Ford truck, fishing, watching sports, and is the self-proclaimed best fantasy football drafter you will ever meet.
A member of the roofing team, Tristen joined Heinrichs in the summer of 2020 and began the Building Trades program at Southwest Tech in the fall while continuing part time as a member of our roofing crew. He enjoys the family environment at Heinrichs and seeing a project from start to finish. Outside of work Tristen enjoys utv-ing, hunting, and spending time with friends.
Joe has joined the Heinrichs Roofing and Siding team each summer since 2017 when on summer break from his full-time job as a physical education teacher in Platteville. He enjoys the hard work of roofing and the sense of accomplishment when the job is completed. Joe is a former member of the Wisconsin Badgers wrestling team and is an assistant coach of UW-Platteville’s wrestling team. Joe and his wife, Lindsey, have three children: Stella, Lincoln and Bronx.
Luke joined the Heinrichs team on the roofing crew in the summer of 2020 while on break from school at UW-Platteville where he is a member of the wrestling team and earned Scholar All-American honors in 2020. At Heinrichs he enjoys the people he works with and the camaraderie between the guys. Outside of work, Luke enjoys wakeboarding, riding dirt bikes, and camping. Luke would offer this advice to someone interested in a roofing career: “You better be comfortable climbing ladders while carrying things.”
